I have ordered carry out twice. the first time an entire steak dinner was missing. they replaced so because the food was good we tried it again. $97.00 order and out of 3 dinners 2 were completely wrong. one dinner was $36. the ribs were missing there were no onions or mushrooms and the loaded potatoe I paid for was plain. second dinner covered with mushrooms, called to say there was a mushroom allergy. it was missing a side as well. manager sends a comp of $30.00. That did not even cover one dinner.
RecommendedNew Year’s Eve late dinner for 3. We only waited about 20 mins and had a great time. I’m sure the staff had been on their feet all day! The food was good and cooked to our liking. Our server, Shelby, was very nice and attentive. The only ‘problem’ was the floors were sticky and there was a knife underneath our table. I’d like to go back on a weekend to try the prime rib!

RecommendedNew Year's Eve was my first time at Texas Roadhouse. We had received a gift certificate from a friend. I was impressed how quickly we were seated. We both ordered the fillet and it was cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad and the rolls were also really good. We will definitely be going back soon.
An ~hour wait is an hour forty and they do NOT know the definition of Rare versus Blue Rare
Our server was excellent... But the food was not. Dining with family and everyone's appetizers but ours came out. 10 minutes later they bring ours out "Whoops, ot was left sitting back there". Surprise surprise it was cold. I love Texas Roadhouse but will just travel to New Phila instead! Definitely better food and management there!
RecommendedOnly had to wait about 10 minutes past our reservation time, waiter was efficient, food was excellent, steak was cooked perfectly!!!
