Order was wrong and when you call it’s like they don’t even care. I won’t go there again I’ll go to the one in north canton
We came to the West Town Mall location on 1/2/21. We arrived at 6pm to put our name down and they said an hour and 15 minute wait - totally acceptable, But almost 2 hours later, we checked and they told us that we had not signed in until 6:30 (not true). We still waited another 15 minutes to be sat. The manager, Heather, came to the table and was completely rude, argumentative and very sassy. this location once again has failed me i live in green bay when texas roadhouse first opened it was great and lately its been a complete let down we eat in we do take out it fails us everytime. would rather drive to sheboygan for good food and service. today ordered family chicken critters to go and we got maybe 5 full tenders and the rest are the size of popcorn chicken. the girl who answered the phone claims thats how it is. ummm nope ive been to multiple locations and have done take out this is un acceptable. and everytim... read more
