On NYE they opened at 3. I ordered online at 1 for a 4:30 pickup. At that time only the salads were ready. They said they'd text when the rest was done, "just a couple more minutes." At 5 the whole bag was there but "we're waiting on the rolls." They didn't know how long it had been sitting there. Everything was cold, steaks, apps, sides, everything.
