Please do better, we waited for 2 hours, no exaggeration! Although a busy New Years eve and my empathy for employees, there has to be a better way. Ordered online at 5pm and email instructed us to pick up at 5:30. we did not get our food until after 7pm. When we arrived home our daughters meal was missing completely and several items from other meals also not preset, items not cooked properly and hardly edible.
