Stopped in for a bite to eat. Roaches outside the bathroom door and a fingernail in my broccoli. Totally disgusted and unsatisfactory! I will never eat at Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville again!! I love the roadhouse but this restaurant gives all Texas Roadhouse’s a BAD name!!
We go quite often. This past sunday was horrible the steak wasnt quite right sent it back when manger brought it back out it was tough as shoe leather. . Also the potatoes was cold wldnt even melt the butter. Other than that its always great..

Last 2 times I visited, I had to send my steak back bc it was overcooked! This is a steakhouse for goodness sake! They should know how to cook steaks!! The servers are not attentive. Used to be excellent. I also purchased a gift card in order to receive a bucket with steak sauce, seasoning and what my server said was $20 worth of coupons inside. I got home and opened it. No coupons AND the steak sauce expired on Wednesday! Now I just want my $ back!!!

Take out portions are a joke. Literally sold me a 1/2 empty cup container and called ot a bowl. Ridiculous

Enjoyed getting out with family but this location has really went down hill in service and stake quality.
