I don't know what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be so good, but now it has really gone down. The rolls are awful now and they were the best around. It's like, after they got the terrible kitchen rating, everything has gone downhill. Customer service seems nonexistent. In the past, you would always have a manager drop by your table to check on you. This is no longer the case. You never see one. And, you can tell by the parking lot as well. Plenty of spaces now. Their Ribeye steak is delicious. Only 2nd time there and to me, it was perfect.... Not one complaint
I love Texas roadhouse. Normally i would give it 5 stars but last night i couldn't. Last night my mom and I stopped in for dinner. It was very busy I understand that but to be pretty much ignored by your sever. First off I have the Texas roadhouse app and had a free appetizer so I asked for it. Now it's gone.Out waitress took down the code but we never got it. Our salads were brought. She came back to check on us only twice, once when our salad was brought and once when our food was brought. Never asked if we needed any more... read more
Too many mellinniel sissy dudes waiting tables, it used to be a great place with beautiful bubbly young ladies that were trained well and loved there job, now they don't serve peanuts in the waiting area, everyone is stressed it seems, it is a depressing sausage party, the food service is terrible I don't even want to know what's going on in the kitchen, they are still loud and proud with there stupid birthday song that gets repeated at least 5 times every time we have been there, it's a shame, what used to be one of the bes... read more
Went there on the 13 of Aug the food was bad the service was bad the restrooms was nasty we used to go there at least two times a month over the last year it has gotten really really bad I will never go there again how ever we went to the one in Anderson s.c. it was great I highly recommend
Well we got seated pretty fast it took a long time for someone to take our order. My wife and another family member Steak was under cooked and tuff. The manager made it right that was nice of him. I don't like eating there but everyone else wanted to.
Always a great time and great food. The staff are great.

This was our first time trying Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville and I can promise it won't be our last. The food and service were incredible. The side salad was delicious and the croutons were awesome! The sirloin steak almost melted in my mouth it was so tender. We sat in Willie Nelson's Corner (well close anyway) and our server was fantastic! Other items on our plates were the hamburger, ribs, shrimp, and steak bites. No complaints from anyone. We will be back :-)
