This is my favorite place to eat its affordable and great
Great server, cold fries and very over cooked steak. Manager was asked to address and never came.
We were a party of 6 and thanks to call ahead seating we had a minimal wait time. My year old granddaughter had the kids chicken and sadly the sauce was so hot that she got a first degree burn on her hand when she moved the cup and spilled some in herself. But a young woman who appeared to be a manager quickly brought a bag of ice and offered to fill out an accident form. We refused because of course my granddaughter was fine. Filet mignon was dry. Sits in the window to long. No juice at all. So you get what you pay for. A 19$ filet.
My husband and I used to really enjoy eating at Texas Roadhouse. We went in on a Saturday at lunch and had a awful experience. I ordered my steak well done when I received it my plate was full of blood including my potato was soaked in blood. They took the steak to correct it and came back with the same steak and potatoe. My potato was still in blood but steak was charcoaled burnt and not edible. I spoke with Marissa which assured me would be corrected and it wasn’t.
Me and my family went there for supper and had a excellent meal. Everybody's meal was good and my steak was very tender.
I ordered a 6 oz sirloin cooked to Med well, 1st time burned, 2nd attempt well done, 3rd attempt Med rare, 4th attempt the check came and we paid it and left. Thanks for an 1 1/2 waste of my time and no food.
