The food was great!! The server was boring! I’ve worked at a Texas Roadhouse and I loved my job!!! I don’t feel that she did!
Usually when I got to this location it is wonderful. But today and the service was awful. The young girls up at the hostess station were rude. When my party of 11 finally was seated ( at 11:30 hardly anyone there) it took the rude waiter 15 minutes to take or drink order. Everytime we asked for a refill or anything he acted like we were inconveniencing him. I always loved the atmosphere there the staff use to be so nice bit after today my opinion has changed. I would have given 4 stars but... We were there Saturday (1/12/18) at 1:45pm. We were seated fairly quick. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers came quickly. Now the long, long wait...we waited 45min for our entrees! And what's with the over staffing and 20 something year olds standing in groups talking with one another?
Shockingly it was not a great visit. My server Crystal was great but for some reason there was no bread available and they burnt my steak. Was supposed to be medium and came out over well. I have never had a bad meal here but today was not what I expected. No wait either so it wasn't busy. I'll try it again in a few days maybe they can redeem themselves
