TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Management is a joke!! Good luck to anyone who goes here! They can’t get an order right and want to place blame on the customer for the waitress screw up. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. One manager lied to the other manager saying I wanted to talk to someone higher up. When all I wanted was for someone to give me answers after waiting so long. Now I know why we choose to go to other restaurants over Texas Roadhouse!!

Steak was tough on the thick side of meat,they serve whole kernel corn without the spoon.Told waitress but they are in such a hurry to serve you an get you out the door.Her name was Jackie tatoos on the back of her neck.Why I write this nothing will be done.Feed em getem out the door.

My BFF and I went there yesterday. The food was ok, my Roadkill was a little burnt. Done but not burnt was how I ordered it. Bread , salad and drinks were served in a timely manner.
I loved the waitress..she was great...food was awsome we eat here 4to 5 times a month..need to buy stock...lol...thank you Texas rd house
