Bad service and no to-go Boxes

Have gave them several tries and always a bad experience. First time steak not cooked the way I ordered it sent it back still not cooked. Second time hair in food. Third and last time bad service girl at counter laughed about making us wait for over an hour. Will not be a fourth time!

Great food, steaks were cooked to perfection! We love the bread!
Food is always good and service is friendly. Portions are large and cooked well. Consistent quality. This location is always busy on Saturday night. Expect a 30 minute wait.
