Great food and service, inside was as hot as outside, started sweating when you walk in and had to eat in a Resturuant that made you sweat, and if we are sweating in the dining area think about the cooks and service people in the kitchen will not eat there again at the Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville unless they can get the air conditioners working properly.
We go to this location all the time but last night had to be the worst experience ever! It was so hot and when something was said multiple times to the server the manager came by and something was said to her, she said that even if she turns the air down her boss will turn it back up. When we looked around everybody in there was sweating, several other tables around us said something about it too, it was so miserable to try to eat like that. Wonderful staff with excellent service. I had my dog with me, locked her in the car with the air on and asked if I could be seated where I could see my car. Without hesitation they accommodated me and my request. Always have had excellent service and will continue to visit their establishment. Great job guys, keep up the good work.

1st the customer service is horrible and we waited at our table for 20 minutes before we were greeted and not sure how they ran out of rattlesnake bites on a Saturday midday......
