I ordered the chopped steak, well done. When the waiter brought it out, it was literally black on one side. When we pointed it out to the waiter that it was burnt, he said sorry and he would let the manager know. The manager never came over. We got the check.... paid and left, with no one addressing the problem. I expect more from a Texas Roadhouse establishment.
