I loved the atmosphere and the service. My husband loved his country fried steak. I had a rib eye and it was very tender but not much flavor. All in all it was amazing

The management of Gainesville Texas Roadhouse does not care at all about its patrons. I wished I had read the reviews the customers are dead on the target with the comments. Don't eat here!
Absolute worst customer service. We tried to make reservations for a party of 12...they won't do any parties over 7. When we showed up they would only offer us 2 booths which were back to back. They used to have an area which could accommodate large tables. When I complained the manager (actually I believe she may be GM) was rude, disrespectful, and a complete smart ass.
