Staff needs Customer Service Training! On Sunday, June 20th, 2021, I witnessed so many disturbing things that was said and done by staff employed at this restaurant location; including from several individuals who identified themselves as Managers. We have a blended family and my son and daughter in law wanted to take both the families out to eat for Father's Day to the Texas Roadhouse on *** ******* ***** ************ ** *****. We called ahead to see how long their wait time was, which they said about 15 minutes and that we had 7 people in our party. When we got there they seemed to instantly not be friendly and like they didn't want to be bothered with us. We had a horrible experience at Texas Roadhouse in horseheads. We waited 45 minutes for our food, my sons food was burnt and not edible, and my significant other got food poisoning.

My family walked in with a service animal. We were straight out refused service because they told us “we don’t allow dogs in this establishment.” We provided credentials for the lady, but she ended up telling us “we don’t need your business” and that we could “swallow it.” I have it on tape. It will be uploaded to youtube in about 10 minutes

Been forever since we had gone to Texas Roadhouse. Our food was great, Mango Margarita was delish and our server, Branden was top notch. I would definitely put this on my return to soon list.
