the food was beyond disappointing my husband prime rib was overcooked in some spots there was a huge chunk of fat in the middle his rice was dry like it set underneath a heat lamp for hours. my steamed veggies were crunchy some were soft, his baked potato was cold in the middle. waitress rolled her eyes when we had problem loading the menu. 1st experience at your restaurant unfortunately will probably be my last

Called at 4 pm told it was a half hour wait for pick up. Went to pick up at about 4 30 and turns out they didnt have my name correct in system. She asked for JUST my name, went to figure it out and I still didn't get food until 5 25 pm with a lot of confusion. I never reordered it was the same order that was put in at 4 pm....what the hell happened? All we got was "sorry bout that" No explanation. Turns out I didn't even get everything I ordered! Can't even get through on the phone.
Tonight for our family of 4 we ordered 2 family meals - the 3 - 12 oz. ribeyes and the 4 grilled chicken beasts. Both meals came with 4 sides each which equals 8 total; a large salad each which equals 2 total; and an abundance of yummy rolls with their famous cinnamon butter. We are very big eaters. We have tons of salad & ranch dressing left, several sides, lots of rolls, and 2 chicken breasts. I am very impressed with the packaging, too. Called at 5:30 to pick up at 6. Left at 7 with nothing. Nobody came out to tell us there would be a wait. I called 5 times to see how long it would be and no one would answer the phone. So we just left.
I ordered three 12 oz NY Strips and picked them up today. We grilled them tonight and they were outstanding! Just delicious. We will order again! Thank you for offering this wonderful service.
