Hello I went to Texas Roadhouse located at 7860 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45236 on 02-04-2022 at 17:30 with some family. I ordered a New York Strip 12oz Steak, I asked the server to ensure the steak was well done by butterflying the steak. I ordered a meal online and was later informed before my pickup time they ran out of pulled pork. i want a full refund of $11.54 credited to my credit card. Its been nearly a month since the transaction and I tried to deal with them myself by was ignored.

I recently ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse in Tinley Park, IL and had a horrible experience. When I got home and opened the box that my salad was in a large roach crawled out of the box. I killed the roach, through all of my food away and when I called and notified the store manager I was told that I had 2 options, he could provide me with a refund or I could receive a credit for my order. Every single Texas Roadhouse I have been to the service and staff were amazing. From Texas to Illinois to Michigan. But this location in south Naples is horrible. We went in to eat Thursday night we got this nice waiter and what not everything was fine. She asked us where we were from and we said Illinois. Keep in mind we spend most of our time in Naples at our condos. Well fast forward two days it’s Saturday night we went in to get some food and we managed to get the same waiter and same table. I ordered a steak well done got it very rare instead I called them to let them know they said to bring it back and a new one would be made instead they just reheated the one I brought back that had already been out for a hour from the drive from there to my house then back very unprofessional want a refund $18.00 please

Requested a high chair as we gave our name. We were given a high table with no high chair. Our options were sit our one year old on two stacked high chairs that could have easily tipped over, or wait for another table which could be another "30 min" or an hour. We had to leave as it was passed the point our son could wait to eat. Nothing was done, no one spoke to us or apologized. Amy the bartender was rude, mean and had a nasty condescending attitude. I talked to the manager about it. She offered money off of the bill but I declined, then the manager asked about coupons. I said no thanks I'm not interested. Maybe Amy was having a bad day like every human does, but she doesn't need to take it out on me.

I recently got a to go order at Harrisburg union deposit pa location and was absolutely horrible. I returned a salad back 3 times and the girls response was what’s your problem??? I got home was supposed to have boneless wings and they were dried up pieces of chicken size of nickel. I will probably never go back again. What a horrible 33$ meal all the way around. On Tuesday night I ordered togo at the window and the two girls at the window were very rude and unprofessional. They were having side conversations while I was trying to order, this made them get my phone number wrong so I never received a text when my order was ready. Other employees in the background were texting and playing around. This overall was a horrible experience from Texas Roadhouse in Bedford and I will not be returning back.
