So I was a regular at this Texas Roadhouse in camden DE for several months. I came in close to every week if not every other, and ordered the same meal every single time. We were there on Monday night 2-14 and it was so cold we needed to keep our jackets on. Not a pleasant dining experience. My husband asked for a medium steak and it came well done and took quite a long time to get a replacement that was perfectly done. We parked in the handicap parking and was not shoveled (very slushy) and it hadn't snowed that day. We have been there numerous times before and usually everything is good but I think it could normally be a little warmer but it was exceptionally cold this time.

gave up waiting after hour and 45 mins into out 1 hr wait when half the tables were empty (not covid reasons empty) and told 15mins 15 mins 15min bunch of times as there reason was kitchen was backed up but they were pumping out the Togo orders never mind the people you have waiting there ......never again will I go back
