We purchased for the first time from the TR Butchershop for home delivery. We order 6 ribeyes and when they arrived it appears that we got 3 nice marbled rib eyes and 3 that appeared to be more of a New York cut, tough and no tenderness at all. The New York cuts were not tender and favorable as a good marbled rib eye. Very disappointed and will not order again as the company does not stand by there products!!!

On Nov 10th, 2021, we went to the texas roadhouse in Avon IN to celebrate my brother's birthday. We were promptly seated and the waitress came to our table. The waitress was excellent in every since. We tipped her over $20. We ordered our steaks and admonished her that we did not want anything added to our steaks, beef only. She made that notation on our ticket. On Sept 18 I called and added 8 people to the waitlist. When I arrived I asked if I could move to 10 people. I was told no. I said well okay seat the 8 people and I will sit at the bar. She said I couldn't separate the party. I am not separating just seat the 8 I originally called about and I will sit at the bar. She then called for the manager who kept repeating the same thing. You don’t get what you pay for and What is advertised! Every time I order take out my order is messed up and wrong. I have filed a complaint with them so many times and nothing ever changes. Also I order the 8oz steak every time and I get ripped off every time. The steaks look small so I measure them on a food scale and sure enough they are not what I paid for. I was discriminated and disrespected because I asked for a reservation for 10 people. I was informed by two managers and the owner that I could only reserve a table for up to 8. I said okay, fine. I’ll change the number to 8. Then, I was informed that because I changed the number that I could not be served and was asked to leave. We have had hair in our food twice within the last week.. I ordered online last night , to arrive at the stated time and then after waiting 10 minutes and sending 3 messages I was there, I had to go to the window to get my cold food.. only then to have hair cooked in their food.. do they not use hairnets?? My wife and I have been regular customers at the Texas Roadhouse, located on Airport Blvd. Mobile Al. since it has opened. Always a great place to eat until today. We arrived shortly after 4PM' The advertised opening time. Today a friend and I visited the Texas roadhouse restaurant at 6372 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, Florida, 32812.
