Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite, Texas Does Not make the necessary accommodations for those with disabilities. On today 8/21/22 around 1:30pm or 2pm, I waited over 45 minutes to be seated but was seated at a table instead of a booth. I have sciatica nerves which is very painful! I asked the hostess to seat a family of 5 in a booth instead of the table. The tables have hard wooden chairs with NO cushion. we were seated under the baby chairs three times in a row so tonight we decided we would say something before it happened again, you can't enjoy your meal because either a waitress and or a waiter is constantly reaching over your head to retrieve a baby chair. so we told the hostess our concerns regarding the baby chairs and ask to be seated away from the baby chairs and in the perfect patronizing example she puts us one table over still have to deal whit the baby chairs, okay fine so we order but by the time the manager got... read more

Tried to resolve a problem with manager Ken and he would not come out. The steak was wrong 2 times and I told them to throw away if manager doesnt come out. Manager never came out and insulted me as a regular customer. I want to gave a meeting to discuss the 141.09 bill that needs to be expressed. The whole experience is an insulate to paying regular customers. 312.477.1157 I am filing a complaint to the better business bureau

My wife, 2 daughters, and myself were at Findlay, OH location. To start the waitress was unfriendly, never smiled even when we made little jokes and laughed. I and my 21 year old daughter ordered an alcoholic drink. When the drinks came, I allowed my 18 year old to take a sip of the shot on the table. Then my oldest daughter proceeded to dump it in her drink. The manager came over and asked in a very mean, and loud tone to see my 18 year olds ID. Went to Texas Roadhouse on July 4th 2022 in Marion Indiana Was a great meal and the waitress Karen was right on point with every thing There was 9 of us in our party and everyone bragged on Karen's ability to keep us satisfied

Ordered through their app Sunday, 5/29/22. Ribs were slimy, fatty and meat was brown. The meat was bad. Steak was so dried that it made a noise when it hit the plate. Onions were slimy. I had to through my food in the trash. My husband's smothered chicken was very dry. What happen? Everything was a mess. This was in Montgomeryville, PA

I and my family have been coming to Texas Road house in Westland, MI for many years and every time it was a pleasant experience until what had transpired last night when they called me in for my table. The unbelievable blatant disrespect, racial discrimination, bias intimidation, and humiliation that I received from this supervisor named Valen on the shift last night was a nightmare. I called at 11 AM when they open to make a call ahead reservation for a big top of 13 people. The girls and answer the phone told me to call back between two and three. I called back at two and I call back at three the manager told me at 3 o’clock that he couldn’t see me till 630 because I had so many big tops for that night. I explained that I called at 11 and kept getting told a call back but I was never told that they could get us in.
