Your volunteers are amazing! Came here today for my brother’s surgery. I’ve not been here since 2009 and they took care of us and got us to the area we needed to be in.���
Great hospital, efficient and very nice staff. I know I will be in great hands for surgery. The only reason hospital not getting 5 stars is because they don’t accept CareCredit and I owed $500 which is under the threshold for payment plans. I thank God for good insurance but sometimes the copay can still be a financial stress. CareCredit helps and the hospital still gets paid. Please consider upgrading your financial systems to add this payment option. Other hospitals accept it. Thanks
Bullshit ass hospital!!! What kind of hospital doesn’t accept cash... Hardcore money!!! American currency!!! Nope only accept insurance... just goes to show what kind of shady shit they are up to!
We appreciate so much the excellent attendance and care given to my beloved mom, Elizabeth Hau, during her hardest and worsening times. She was at the room#4425, new tower, where Nurses, Doctors and Supporting Personnel gave her an outstanding care!!! My most sincere "Thanks" for your excellent services! !! God bless you!!! I'm in the emergency room waiting for a room. I got here at 9 it is now 1:35. The brought me lunch and i almost threw up when I smelled it. I wouldn't tecomend this hospital for anyone.
