I will never return to this joke of an emergency room. I just had back surgery 12-13-2017. Went to this er yesterday with severe pain all on my left side and was having issues with my left foot dragging, almost causing me to fall. Because of my pain my blood pressure and heart rate were both high. They put me in fast track and told me that the Dr would decide if I needed to be moved into a room. Very poor customer service, you can NEVER get a hold of anyone in billing. They charged us our deductible even thought it had already been met. We overpaid for a procedure by 500.00. That was on October 30th, it's now January 9th and still no refund. They require prepayment before the procedure however when they are the ones who owe money they drag their feet in returning it. I am always redirected to a leaf a voice mail to when calling for an update on this refund however no one gives a call back, this has been going on for... read more
The staff at this hospital was amazing in caring for my father who we brought to the ER on Wednesday evening, and passed away a few hours later after a lengthy illness. Amazing compassion shown by every staff member. Thank you!

At 2:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon, my mom was taken back for surgery. A surgery that would have been extremely easy on an average person with no respiratory issues. But for my mom it was dangerous because of her condition. Dr Lin a thoracic surgeon was the only surgeon willing to touch her case. At 4 pm he walked out into the waiting room and said “ your mom’s surgery went as well as I expected her to do, she is in ICU on a ventilator while recovering and we will do our best to take her off in a day or so.
