I lost my baby girl there so it scares me, but it wasn't no body's fault
We have been here with my mother for 10 days and counting. She had a serious intestinal surgery on the 3rd day. We have been on the 4th floor. I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience it has been for my mom and my family. I have stayed with her the whole time and the nursing staff has been beyond excellent. They do more than enough for her. They check on her all the time and asks her if she needs anything or would like anything. They have been oh so kind and patient! These people are so nice, shots,or the iv's don't hurt when they stick you. They are so very polite they really take care of you. They don't talk personal business in front of you. When they talk to you they look straight in your face. You are the #1 priority at that time. Been here 3 days.
Fifth floor was wonderful..they helped my mother...they moved her to third floor...she called to be helped to the bathroom because she has to be unplugged from equipment...10 mins later NOBODY..nurses are having a fantastic time out at the desk yip yapping about their personal lives....thank god I was here to help her...i figured out how to unplugged her stuff!!! Then plugged her back in....its been 45 mins...guess what..they are still out there yip yapping..laughing..cutting up and still not one person answered her call....... read more
The staff is wonderful!! Every person you meet is nice, helpful, caring and supportive! This is a REAL hospital! The remodeling done to the hospital is beautiful but the remodeling done with staff from the past to the present is phenomenal! Thank you Huguley for taking such great care of my mom!
