Horrible ER experience. Their triage system is not patient friendly at all, some of the staff were unprofessional and the wait time was ridiculous. Because I have a chronic health condition, I’ve had to make many ER visits in my life and this one was the worst. I will never return there.
RecommendedThis is a group of amazing doctors, nurses,and staff!!! My mom is currently under the care of Dr Mehta, Luke,Gwenni,Taylor,Lisa,Brandi and a host of other kind compassionate nurses and staff!! I could not imagine any other place treating my mom and our entire family as their own like these people have treated us!!!Being in the hospital is not great and especially when you arrive on Christmas day. Thanks to diabetic ketoacidosis I spent 4 days in the ICU. Everybody that came in was professional, polite, helpful and efficient in their duties. Nurses Gay, Ray, Justin and Amy were extremely helpful in getting me to understand what was happening to me (I was in a Diabetic coma when I arrived) and what I'll need to do to live my new life with diabetes.
I recently had surgery done here. The staff was great and Dr. Wesley Marquart is a great surgeon.
Dr. Sharma and her “team” are the worst example of a medical practice anyone could be shown! I waited an hour and half and not one person offered me an apology or explanation as to why my time was waisted.
