The Nursing staff in ER was extremely loud and insensitive to there working environment being around sick or injured patients. I mean sounded like a damm party at nurses station all night. Nursing staff on 3rd floor has kept my sick mother upset. it's been a night mare. We will never go to that Hospital again
RecommendedNot only have I been an employee for years @THH, I recently was Inpatient here for 8 days! I had the most amazing care, I feel you can receive under circumstances like these. They took great care of me and were always great at breaking down the Drs lingo! I have been in many different facilities, but I will always return to Huguley! I have to commend the amazing staff from the check in to the cafeteria and especially the ICU/CVICU nurses. My first experience was with Dr Ross (oncology) and every doctor and hospital visit has been met with more ease and concern for my dad. I went through colon cancer with my mom and it was TRAGIC how she was treated by another facility. Let me preface- this is not a fake accnt on Facebook. I loathe Facebook and all the problems it’s caused this world. BUT, I was motivated enough to create an account to complain about this hospital!!! I walked in under severe duress. I was in a lot of pain and could barely move. Worst hospital in Fort Worth. Gave it 3 chances and non we’re better than the other. I’d rather drive further out.
They are rude and neglectful yo patients. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Go to Harris sw it will be worth the extra 5 mins to get there
What you did, in conjunction with your nursing home, and the way you treated elderly patients with Covid is a crime.

My mom was seen in the emergency room on 4/22/20. She was treated with great compassion. She had imaging done the evening of 4/22/20 and the lady working in radiology took her necklace off and it was never returned to my mom. I have made several calls to Tracy in lost and found. Per Tracy she has had no luck finding my mom’s necklace. I was hoping it would have been located since the public was not allowed in the emergency room/hospital. This is very sad because it was the last gift she received from my dad before he died.
