Horrible. Their "resident" doctor on day shift yesterday who's apparently fresh out of med school stopped my daughter's Dextrose which stalled her ketones levels from descending like they should, and set us back further. Idk if this was negligently done as a way to keep us longer or if this resident doctor just doesn't belong here. Either way I've asked us to be released immediately and because they miscommunicated what they did with the insulin we're being denied the insulin we need for the 3 hour long trip back home. They ... read more

7 years ago, and I just now have the strength to write my reviews of this nightmare of a place. My trauma is indescribable. Just seeing this monster of a "doctor" and his picture who "treated" my child, Dr. Gay, is enough to send me into a full blown panic attack. My child started seizing and we were taken to Texas children's by ambulance. Someone said "they heard me say something concerning" so they called CPS on me! So while my child was seizing, they immediately added to my terror by threatening to take him away. This was... read more

We visited the medical center ED department as my four year old daughter had swollen feet and was spreading to her knees. She was in a lot of pain and couldn’t walk. We checked in, saw the nurse and were told to wait in the lobby area. We arrived at 3:30 pm. Few hours pass by and no updates. We go and ask in the back, and the nurse just says we are busy. At 10:30 pm we go ask again, nurse goes you’ve been waiting only 7 hours and the longest wait time is 8 hrs 30 mins. Whatever that means. Go again at midnight, told we have ... read more

My friend Kevin Swearingen can not see his daughter right now because of your BS rules. How is separating this family improving that little girl’s care?? Is that child better without her daddy? You people need to apologize to him and his family and allow them to be together!!!

Business response:

Thank you for your comments, Guy. Our Family Advocacy department is available to discuss your concerns and can be reached at 832-824-1919.
