RecommendedTook my daughter to the Urgent care today and despite a full waiting area from the check in process, vitals, rooming and seeing the doctor went relatively quickly for an Urgent Care. Loved the offer of snacks and drinks for my daughter in the waiting area. The “Save my Spot” option worked great!

Every time time we are here they mess up!!! EVERYTIME!!! They are beyond unprofessional and horrible bedside manner and very dismissive of parents and their concerns!
Don (patient liaison) was absolutely amazing. He welcomed and informed everyone and was very friendly and kind.
Waited 4 hours in the emergency room because they had no rooms available , btw we came in by ambulance my daughter had a seizure. She is 3 and no one saw her I finally went and asked how much longer this is ridiculous and the guy said 3.5 more hours . Ah no thank you we left by that time all the symptoms she had was go e anyways . What’s the point of the ambulance if the hospital is going to make you wait 8 hours to be seen by a doctor.
