Worst hospital ever been waiting in the waiting room for 6 hours to get a room every time I check how many people infornt of me it’s always the same amount of people ,,people don’t come to just sit in the waiting room they come because they have sick kids

Caring doctors and staff!
As of right now we have been here for 10 hours!! It is ridiculous how long we have to wait to get out of here, we have been waiting for 2.5 hours to get some results of an XRay. At this point i AM BEYOND frustrated.
Horrible experience . Have been waiting for more than 6 hours now. Never coming back here again. Ridiculous. The doctor is still not here yet where as it has been two hours and still waiting for the doctor to show up. Disappointed. I wish j would have taken my son to clear lake regional rather than coming all the way here.
The ER could communicate that it's under construction so they have a limited number of rooms and that wait times are extreamly long, as in 8 to 10 hours long. Also, they can be compassionate like they used to be in the ER. No one cares that there's really sick kids in thes waiting room and not one staff member comes to check on the patients waiting. Lastly, have someone clean your waiting areas!! They're filthy. Food crumbs on the carpets, trash in n the floors, end tables and sofas. The chairs are sticky.
Dr. Ashe-Lambert hands down the best ENT. My son had a lot of chronic issues with his airway and had test done repeatedly when a baby (at another hospital). When we saw Dr. Lambert with all his records and explained that we thought it was time for Reef to get tubes (due to infections and ruptures) we also brought up the fact that he had the airway issues and Dr. Lambert’s office along with two other drs (pulm and general surgery) came together and did all the procedures my son needed.
