RecommendedMi Bebe Daneli y yo llegamos a emergencia muchas veces unas veces en ambulancia otras yo con ella en brazos llorando, ella tenia daño en su cerebro lo cual causaba muchas complicaciones para ella, siempre fue muy bien atendida aquí, emergencia y el área de Picu excelentes doctores enfermeras, siempre preocupados por todos nosotros buscando lo mejor para ella, ahora que esta con Dios mi bebe quiero dar gracias por todo lo que hicieron por nosotros. emergencias pero en especial a el area picu.
Nothing but positive things to say about the staff. They were completely friendly and respectful. My son was seen right away no wait time. Would definitely choose this location again.
Everyone was amazing. They made what could have been a very scary experience a breeze. It was the first time my daughter needed to be put under anesthesia. Child life somehow made sure she was completely in the loop about what was going to happen without making her feel scared. Not a tear, I was in awe. (I on the other hand spend 45 min crying in the bathroom after they took her back) Every staff member was very nice and informative. So great with my daughter � thank you �
My granddaughter had a severe allergic reaction and we brought her to Texas childrens west campus. All the staff and nurses there were awesome!!! Norah and Tracey on 5th floor were so nice and professional and showed concern for my granddaughters condition. Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff on 5th floor who took care of my lil granddaughter.
I enjoyed my RN Ms. Kathy Ervin was absolutely our saving grace for our 11 hour visit!! She was amazing and took great care of my daughter!!
Horrible experience, in the ER. The staff is rude, shows no empathy they are severely understaffed, which effects their ridiculously long wait time. I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and patient centered care...... TCH needs to fix this because the care being provided is subpar and dangerous......waited five hours, was told it would be another 4-5 hours, we left went to children’s memorial Herman and was in and out in one hour, with exponentially better service and care
