I would rather grade the Texas Children's Hospital West Campus as one of the best in the US.
I have always had an amazing experience with TCH with all of my children. There are frustrations when any parent takes their child to the ER but that's with every hospital. All and all the staff has been amazing for over 15 years for my family.
Es desesperante ,en una sala llena de personas cansadas y esperando desde 4 horas o más no tienen personal para trabajar lamentablemente necesitamos de los médicos ,pero es injusto que nos tengas 4 horas esperando por cosas que no tienen agrabancias ,,,,,gracias a Dios
Taken in an ambulance, waited 4+ hrs and NEVER saw a Dr. At 4pm I took my 10m old son to a hospital with heart issues. Once stabilized he was put in an ambulance & transferred to Texas Children’s West. We arrived at 12am and moved to a private waiting area where we were quickly forgotten. At 4am I had to go track someone down for an update. At 415am a nurse came and told us they had moved us back and we still had 6-7 people ahead of us and refused to give us any possible idea of when he could see a Dr. We are now just going ... read more
Wonderful experience under the circumstances that brought us there Everyone on the staff made my son feel relaxed and comfortable during the whole process Highly recommend though I hope no one needs to go there
