Took my 5 year old in for severe abdominal pain and had to return 24 hours later for worsening symptoms. You’d think that when you have to return for the same thing you might be given a little priority, but our experience the 2nd night was awful. For OT, we’ve been there for 2 years and they keep changing therapists and we never get written reports or asked to participate in goal setting. their admin is a nightmare and they charge out insurance company 700 per visit so out out of pocket is $100! The therapy itself seems ok but parents not really kept informed or consulted. Better try someplace that offers more personalized care.
