RecommendedOn Friday night after a rollerblading accident, I brought my daughter to the Texas Children's Hospital in West Houston. We were there from about 7:30 at night until almost 4 in the morning. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Texas Children's. At least 12 people took care of my daughter, and every single one of them, the doctors, nurses, x-ray technicians, admissions staff, and volunteers did an amazing job. I was at Texas Childrens west campus today and leaving an appointment we took the elevators down. Upon entering the elevator, that had just opened, the doors slam on my service dog and I! Hard! I am in so much pain, neck and lower back are in so much pain.
After my daughter was attacked by a dog, the staff and the doctor were amazing! We got lucky that the neck bite didn’t puncture deeper as it could have ruptured her external carotid artery. She experienced her first stitches and they made it so easy. I wish I could share the video because she actually says “I like stitches!”. Thank you Texas children! You’re amazing!
6 hours waiting in the emergency room with 1.5 yrs old who had a 103 fever. nurse forgot to set them up in a room, went through triage twice and doc showed up 2 hrs after being told they were next

Horrible horrible horrible expierence never going there again checked in at 12 something sat there in the waiting room for 2 hours and went up and asked the fromt desk lady how much longer she said the longest wait time is now 2 hours and 8 min i told her ive been here for about 2 hours.
