Went there first time had to wait so long. Bad experience
This is the 2nd time I've had to bring my infant to this hospital and the nurses are just so heartless. Last time they told me my baby was fine and come to find out doctor took one look and she had an ulcer in her throat. The nurse even came back and apologized for not seeing it when she examined my baby. Now, I'm here a 2nd time and the nurse tells me that my baby is fine and they don't really care that the baby runs fever until it gets to 108. I am so grateful to everyone at Texas Children Hospital. Everyone has been so professional and compassionate. The anesthesiologist and surgeon came to work just for my son. They were all just lovely and I just can't stress how grateful I am. Thank you for taking care of my son on Thanksgiving. Real heros wear scrubs ❤
We just moved to Katy from South Carolina. My daughter was admitted after her pediatrician sent us straight here. From the ER staff to the 3rd floor staff everyone was friendly and helped in every way!! Kathy Ervin her nurse was absolutely amazing and deserves so much praise from me and my baby Kaylyn!!! Thank you all again for helping us in every way �
