7 years ago, and I just now have the strength to write my reviews of this nightmare of a place. My trauma is indescribable. Just seeing this monster of a "doctor" and his picture who "treated" my child, Dr. Gay, is enough to send me into a full blown panic attack. My child started seizing and we were taken to Texas children's by ambulance. Someone said "they heard me say something concerning" so they called CPS on me! Nurses were AMAZING! Doctors on the other hand... well the two we dealt with let’s just say the actors in Greys Anatomy are better at being doctors... very sadly and surprisingly shocked at Doctors performance
RecommendedALL of the staff has been AMAZING & so patient here - the on call Dr's she's had I have LOVED & they truly have been caring & sympathetic to her situation - THANK YOU TC WEST CAMPUS!!!

I HIGHLY recommend utilizing the “Child life specialists”. They came to speak with us before he went in for anesthesia, explained the process to him, let him see and touch the mask he would be using etc. Put him completely at ease. My only critique was on the amount of time he was in recovery from anesthesia. He still couldn’t see clearly when they got him into a wheelchair to take to the car.
