Hospital emergency is the worst!!! i got there at 12 midnight and didnt get a room until 5:40 am only for them to tell me they couldnt do anything to my daughter who had a bead stuck in her ear and they rold me this at 9:30 am i was ther for almost 10 hours when they could of checked her out and see if they were gonna be able to or not they did not have to meke us wait that long!!!!
We came into Texas Children's scared of what they were going to find wrong with Shelby. The nurses and doctors immediately put us at ease and they went to work on Shelby and did not quit until they found out what was wrong and fixed it!! It is a wonderful hospital with wonderful people working 24/7. Thank you to everyone who works at Texas Children's Hospital! You make miracles happen!!!

Best experience I could have asked for in the situation we faced.
This hospital was AMAZING!! We had to stay for 3 days and the staff made my little girl feel safe during each interaction. She even had one of the ladies singing to her to distract her from getting her blood pressure taken.
The best hospital. My daughter had a total of nine surgeries before I decided to bring her to TCH because doctors around my area were so willing to operate but never gave me answers to why this was happening to her. Since bringing her there we have answers, being treated amazingly and no more surgeries. Best decision I could have made v
