My 15 yr old was transported there for a neck injury in football he was in a lot of pain and not one nurse or doctor to be found to give him meds for it got off the phone with him and they're going to send him home knowing he has a hard time with balancing and memory loss due to a hit to the head
Waited in the emergency area 6 hours. Got roomed at 6am and no doctor showed up until after 9am.

Our grandson Brayden was born here with a heart condition & has received excellent care , so therefore is doing very well we hope to go home soon!!
All I can say is that the staff has embraced my daughter like family. Doctors, nurses, patient care tech, cleaning staff, everyone has been amazing!
The nurses and doctors were great! Everything went smoothly and they really cared about and for my son.

Really not happy with Texas Children's right now. My 6 year old daughter had a scheduled surgery this morning at 6 am for a broken elbow. She and her mother have been in the waiting room for 6 hours now and for some reason other patients keep getting bumped in front of her. They are now telling her it could be another 4 hours. This child hasn't eaten in almost 16 hours. Patient advocate has been no help at all. No information has been given as to why she keeps getting bumped. Why are you abusing my family in this way?
