Waste of time better off going somewhere else almost as bad as San jacinto and that's saying alot

Got to the ER at around 4 pm, they say "someone will see you shortly"... well 1, 2, 3, 4 hours later.... nothing... not even a recheck of vitals or anything.... my duaghters pain began to increase along with fever.... when telling the nurses the seemed frustrated and just offered a tylenol... it eased her pain, but didnt even see a doctor until 6-7 hours in...we ended up leaving 13 hours later with no diagnosis or explanation for her pain.... it was the worst ER visit ever. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, AND WILL NEVER RECOMM... read more

My daughter had Pectus repair surgery on July 26th (14 yrs old) and yesterday my husband (43 years old) had his Pectus Repair at Texas Children's Hospital. We have always recieved the best care, courteous nurses and staff and of course Dr. Mazziotti is the best for performing the Nuss Procedure. Thank you TCH.
I gave three stars because I have 3 children. I can give good and bad service reports concerning each child andn their experience at Texas Children's. My most recent experience was wonderful. I have had opportunities to change hospitals and care providers but have always landed in Texas Children's because I know they provide good care and service. Some people don't have good days and it shows in their performance but overall Texas Children's seems to have happy employees who care about their kids as in our kids.
My little (16) sister has been here for about a week now, she was transported from Mainland medical ER, to the ER here for a major blood clot in her leg. I wish I could remember her ER nurse's name because she was AMAZING! She explained everything that they were doing, she made us feel informed and cared about. Everyone who came into the room was thoughtful, and calm (even though we were freaking out) after the ER, they moved her up to the hematology floor, and everyone there was wonderful as well. I love Texas Children's hospital! I experienced the worst day of my life almost a year ago when my daughter was 18 months old .She had gotten a really bad bug was vomiting and had dirreah for 5 days I took her to an after hours Clinic partnered with her pediatrician but not affiliated with TCH i was told she was fine give her fluids ( I was already doing that) and the bug would last 4 to 5 days when I told them again she was at 5 days I was told I would last longer then..
