My daughter has been seen by the Orthopedic clinic for her hips and the Neurology clinic for Charcot Marie Tooth Disease. She also had both her hips surgeries at TCH. Could not have asked for better doctors, nurses and staff. Going to TCH was for a second opinion on my daughter's diagnosis of Hip Dysplasia. That was the best decision we ever made. Top Notch!!!
My son just had a 116* curvature of his spine corrected to a 30* curvature and is making an amazing recovery!! The staff, the nurses, surgical team, doctors, everyone involved with my son's care has been amazing!! Thank you Texas Children's!!!!!

The receptionist was not that friendly, but the actual staff that took care of my daughter was wonderful!
First class service all the way! We had a scheduled MRI today which I was pleasantly surprised they could accommodate us on a Sunday. Every single employee that we either made personal contact with or simply eye contact with was incredibly kind and courteous. This rate is strictly for NICU 4: Top notch Hospital? I beg to differ. Gave birth to my son August 5, 2016 at the Pavilion for women. My son is fighting Kidney Failure. He transferred over to the NICU 4 West Tower asap. Their policies is my biggest concern. If the father isn't on the birth certificate it's for a reason. They allow the father to still make medical decisions and full rights to the NICU 24/7 even if the dad isn't on the birth certificate. Good clean hospital! Staff was great! Quiet to for how busy they were! They were so sweet to my son! He has autism so you have to have lots of patience and they had plenty of it! Thank you!
My son had a head injury. Care was quick and staff explained everything in detailed. Don't like the quick release.
My son is currently in the NICU, I must say his nurses have been wonderful. My mother & I rotate who stays with him they make us feel at home! The Ronald McDonald house is lovely & staff are super nice!
