TCH is wonderful! My son is here because of them! He has had two heart transplants! The transplant team is wonderful! Dr. Dreyer and Dr. Denfileld have been with us our son's entire life! We are so grateful for them and all the medical staff at TCH! We love TCH!

A very positive experience.. I feel that our daughter will get the help she needs .. And I felt very comfortable with her doctor and I could just tell by everything he was telling us that she's going to come through this with flying colors!
I took my son to the ER yesterday, and it sad to sad that the quality of care has decreased. I have never sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours just to ensure my son can breath properly. I think that they need to focus on their quality of care, hire more staff, or focus on how employees are treating the patients. I didn't feel like anyone cared about our concern, we finally left after 5 hrs without being seen by a doctor. No parent should have to wait this long for testament.
Every staff member at Texas children's hospital have been wonderful for us . The experience has been perfect. I recommend if anyone has a child, should go there if possible. Staff are excellent with the kids care and care for the parents feelings. My 5year old had heart surgery and he is doing very well recovering. Thank you to all the physicians and nurses who helped not only my son but the other little babies on the unit. God bless
I honestly feel they saved my son's life...The Best....
Only one star because I couldn't give them a 0 star ..... I'm very unsatisfied with them I will never take my child back there ever
