This is our 5th admit since September and each time there is an issue. The ER is an absolute nightmare!!!!! The only consistent positives have been the nursing staff and child life specialists. For as long as TCH has operated it should be a well oiled machine and it's far from it. I don't see how this can possibly be our best option in the area.
I love how all the doctors took care of my baby their... This was my first time at this hospital and it was incredible... I'm thinking of changing my children's PCP...
My son and I have been coming here for his treatment for over 10 years. The staff is impeccable and trained to gain the child's trust while providing excellent quality care. I have only encountered one employee with an overall disgruntled persona, and this speaks volumes for a hospital of such size and diversity!!
Everything was ok till I retrieved my vehicle from Valet and noticed damage but they said they will fix it so well see
When my children were very young, I took them to Texas Children's Pediatrics to be seen by a PCP. From there they were only referred to TX Children's Specialist if need be - tonsillectomies, broken arm, etc. Now, my daughter trusts TX Children's with her son (my grandson) and I couldn't ask for better care, attentive to my grandbaby and the serious precautions that were taken to make sure a clear bill of health was given before being able to send them home.
