Very accommodating and organized. The staff is nice.
The best hospital in the world for children! My daughter was always treated with first class care. The staff was amazing and the branch in Sugarland is the best! I would recommend them to anyone who has children that need medical care.
I'm not sure why but this hospital has gone to hell. The nurse told my niece to not ask so many questions about her daughter's care, just trust the Dr. Nope! If you don't ask you don't know.

My Child had her check up with her Neurologist at Texas Children's Hospital Friday. TWO appointments we confirmed days before. It was scheduled at 9:00 with her pulmonologist and 10:00 with the Neurologist. We showed up at 8:40 like good little patients. We were put into a room at 8:55 and left there to sit for an hour before I opened the door to loiter in the hall until someone noticed me. One doctor asked how I was and I told them "no good, been waiting in the room for over an hour" Finally a nurse asked who I was waiting ... read more
