I took my baby there and they were so rude. The urgent care isn’t even open 24 hr anymore. She said there was a 10 hour wait and that it wasn’t their problem if they got him to take the medicine or not to deal with it.

RecommendedBest doctors and nurses! I am beyond thankful. my baby was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) He is 3 months now and gets to go home before his next surgery. He looks great and considering this a rare case, they made it happen! Hands down the best

Texas Children Hospital is incompetent, have some of the rudest staff I have ever seen. All they care about is making money and building buildings. They make money off of Medicaid patients and they don't care about making things better because they get large sums of money from the State's Medicaid. Family Advocacy/Patient Relations is just a PR strategy implemented by the hospital to B.S. patients who are unsatisfied. Nothing gets change. Family Advocacy is not for the patients, they work for the interest of the hospital. Bu... read more
RecommendedMy water broke at 28 weeks and I was sent to TCH after my hospital said they could not handle a baby that early. The staff was so comforting, amazing, calming and professional. The cutting edge technology and experience wowed members of my family in the medical field. Because they stopped my labor for 4 days to get steroid shots in me for his lungs, he never needed oxygen. He came home 7 weeks later with not one single issue. We love TCH.
