The ER was a disaster. I had gone there because my daughter had what we initially suspect an asthma attack. When we first arrived via ambulance we got there and the staff were sitting there "betting" on pts stats. What in the hell??? When we went to go to the financial side, she was soooo rude and rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. She was ao cold. I finally got up and went to Memorial Herman Childerns ER. I will never ever ever in my life go back to TCH ER!!!
I have to say my first experience has been well. My granddaughter was rush to TCH with high blood sugar. They staff in both ICU and on the 14th floor have been great and are able to answer our questions about the new lifestyle that we are having to adjust to. Thank you TCH

This review is on my experience on how vaccines were given to my son. My son had his 6 month vaccines recently and it was a mess. Both nurses that have given my son's vaccines have not given me any instructions on holding his hands or what's going to happen, nothing. His 2 month shot I had to hold his leg down so he wouldn't kick the syringe out of her hand and poke himself. I want y'all to know that you all have very rude employees from the guard at the 1 st floor at the women's section , to the receptionist on the 20 th floor to the RN that got off the elevator on the 19 th floor ! ( I observed how one got greeted maybe y'all are use to that ) your staff didn't even look up at me when I asked for assistance ! We felt very unwelcome that my granddaughter ask me " grandma why are people rude ? " your a nurse and you are always saying Hi to people you don't know " .. my heart broke into pieces. They have the most awesome staff. They were so attentive to my great granddaughter.
