I had several X-rays here this week. The wait was minimal. Staff was very friendly.
Best care for children been going here for years. My son was recently in the N.I.C.U Dr. Cabrera is the best some of the nurses are rude or have attitudes and some really love there job. But overall best care for my children.
This is a review strictly on 3rd floor ophthalmologist front desk staff and new patient line for an ophthalmologist referral. Ladies at desk were extremely rude and even called our pediatrician and told him to stop sending people up (I had taken a day off work and I went upstairs to see if there were any cancellations). They gave me a phone number to call (even though I was already there) and when I said my husband was already on phone with their number they accused him of lying. Been going to this hospital the past 9 years for my daughter's gastrointestinal disease and they are always amazing. :) But the wait time is insane!! They don't handle my daughter right she's very tiny and petite and they were too much holding her down and the dr's pissed me off in ER part because they can be rude I have mixed feelings because some times I have a great experience and other times it's horrible there are times I take her to Katy location campus because y'all have pissed me off and your some of your security gu... read more
I didn't like the news that I received on my lil girl, but I did like the Dr and staff there. I always take my children to Tx Children's even though I have to drive three hours away, because I know they can figure out what's going on and I trust that my children will be taken care of! �
In the NICU, Joanne was my granddaughters nurse and I loved her.
Doctors and nurses on the 10 floor are awesome. They always make sure my niece Taylin is well taken care of.
My daughter goes for a treatment twice a week, the nurses are great with her, is a little of waiting time when you go see the doctor (every 3 months) but I guess normal... Only think I don't like is, it take us 1 1/2 to get there I wish there were a hospital near us
Love this hostipal . They are so caring and the staff is great .
