I love this place!!! They've been taking care of my baby for 2 years. Only down fall is clinic for spina bifida literally takes all day BUT she sees all her specialists and it beats traveling five hours for just one appointment. It makes for a long day but well worth it
I never seem to have a good experience out at the Houston site went to see the neurosurgeon and ended up with the PA and then found out I was with the assistant to the PA along with the fact that they double-booked my son's appointment and we're running over an hour behind schedule
Doctors and the nurses are an awesome team together. From the moment I arrived at ER receptionist desk the man that was sitting just made us feel welcome. My little girl was seen immediately. So glad show hospital

Mi hijo ha sido muy bien atendido desde que nació en este magnífico hospital reconocido mundialmente y ahora es todo un joven de 18 años que primeramente Dios y después estos magníficos médicos especialistas han hecho un trabajo estupendo y siempre atendiendo a cualquiera con todo profesionalismo
lo único que no me gusto q para darte cuarto se tarda unas 6 horas porq las enfermeras y los doctores son súper buenos

I've been going to this hospital since 2003 for my kids and I promised that the WAIT IS FREAKING CRRRAZY!!! Was there at 3PM and didn't leave until 10 something PM just to get tested if my son's eyes need further treatment. He had injured his eyes from playing ball at his school so his pcp suggested to get him tested at Tx Children. So we waited all them hrs just to get some cream to put in his eyes........ really??? Smh...... Anyways, I'm not saying the service is horrible but all I'm saying is FIX THE FREAKING WAIT!!!
