I luved it. It was super fast the dr was very explainable,she answered all my questions i luv TCH my best hospital for my kids. The nurse who also registered me was sooo excited she gave me good vibes. The nurses at the front who asked me and the crew i walked in with were very polite. I always get the best answers there. My boys luv it there and theres always positive vibes at TCH. I feel always welcome with big arms.Thankyou for all yall do with our little ones. My sister had surgery there on Friday and they have taken wonderful care of her!! The nurses are fantastic!! Amanda and Alisha were great on the 10th floor!!

We see multiple specialists at TCH, however, some are quick to dismiss experienced parents with medically fragile children. We have amazing relationships with several, and other specialists we've had to go elsewhere. Having 4 fragile children, we've had horrid pain management after Major surgeries, doctors who won't return calls or emails, overlooking appointments, and left waiting for literally hours, or a clinic tthat will cancel you if 15 minutes late, but when were on time, will keep yuou waiting an hour +. I love the way they take care of their patients. My 4 month old family member has been with them since 10 days old. We knew it was a long process but They have explained every procedure to be taken and what to expect. The nurses and Dr's have become part of our family. Never hesitating to answer our questions.
The lobby waiting area was very comfortable because of the couches and benches. The staff were very attentive, caring, patient, and accommodating. I was impressed by an administrator named Sue who works in triage. It appears that one of her duties is to make sure no one waits too long. Absolutely without a doubt angel sent from heaven! The entire organization is unbelievable! My son had a Cleft lip repair which like his open heart surgery went smoothly thanks to the teamwork displayed by the entire surgical staff. And as if that was not enough I went into the gift shop for a pack of gum and left my debt card in the counter, anywhere else it would have gone missing or I would have had uncooperative staff dismiss me but not at Texas Children's they promptly turned it over to the security desk and when I real... read more
