Desde que hemos estado aqui es un trato muy bueno esepto que si duran unas 5 horas para darte abitacion pero es normal encualquier hospital las enfermeras muy atentas los doctores exelentes un trato muy bueno tanto ami bebe q esta aun aqui y ami todo personal es muy amable :)

The waiting room was overcrowded and homeless people were able to get by security and I have a sick 3 month old not cool TCH.
Dr. Veeral Shah in Ophthalmology is extraordinary. He was recommended to us by a Neuro-Ophthalmologist leaving our state for a job in CA (we don't currently have one in New Mexico). Even after we found out that he and Texas Children's Hospital are out of network for both of our insurance types, we made the choice to stick with him due to his compassion, sympathy for our situation, and obvious experience. We came in with my 7 year old and a broken arm. They took him quickly and within an hour he was patched up. The staff was amazing.
Starting with the ER nurse until the discharge nurse, our experience was so positive and they made the whole focus on our little girl who was so scared. They catered to her and all were amazing. I would never take my kid anywhere else!
It means the world to us as parents that the employees at Texas Children's Hospital have been so caring. When you have loved ones that have to receive long-term care in another state and you are unable to be with them on a day to day basis this means a lot. My daughter went in for surgery, and the staff, from nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists, etc. were all so patient and kind! My husband and I were kept informed through the entire process, which was so comforting. You guys are doing an extraordinary job! Thank you!
