Currently sitting here. Been here 2 hours. Was transferred from St Joseph for our 6 month old. Supposed to be in and talking to the dr. We’ve been sitting in the waiting room. The gentleman at the front desk is extremely rude. We will never be back.
The wait is horrible! They registration people are rude ! I been to Bentaub with my baby and they take me in right away. My daughter's new Pediatrician insisted I Went there and it was the worst mistake. They make you wait for ever , when its time to check the baby they do it all fast to get you out and they treat you like your child didn't have enough reason to be in the ER. They said next time see you Pediatrician first, like My Pediatrician Sent me to the ER!!!!my daughter has pneumonia!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my baby there and they were so rude. The urgent care isn’t even open 24 hr anymore. She said there was a 10 hour wait and that it wasn’t their problem if they got him to take the medicine or not to deal with it.
