Absolutely loved it. I brought my 3month old for surgery and from the moment that we arrived they kept us updated with every little detail. They had me download an app for notifications and updates, and Once my babys procedure started, they notified me about everything. It definitely kept my mind at ease. Once we were admitted for our overnight stay they had everything i was going to need ready for me and my son like diapers, wipes, breastpump and all of what i was going to feed my son from. The staff were so wonderful and happy to see my son Dustin Ryder Jones ( The Candy Man ) . After 11 years they remember and hug him with such compassion ! Miracles happen here !
My baby was taken to Memorial Herman for vomiting came out he was only full of poop in his stomach!was send back to his pediatrician at the TCP which referred him to the Texas children's emergency room. There they just did an ultrasound on him and diagnosed him with Pyloric stenosis. Got a small surgery done and now it's feeling better. Couldn't be more glad then to be here if it wouldn't of have been for them my poor bby would of still have been in pain due to a misdiagnosis.
The staff was amazing down to the vallet! Great place to be! The only place lll take my child! Nurses were awesome too!

The ER is a total disaster. Pack a bag and plan to spend at least 10 hrs. We waited 6 and a half hours to just get a room in the ER then another 2 hours before anyone even acknowledged our presence there. Granted once you get to see a doctor they are knowledgeable and friendly. But then expect about another hour before anyone comes to discharge you. They really need to work on their ER because my grandson got a lot worse in the long wait to be seen and a 17 month old who doesn't feel well is hard to keep calm for such a long... read more
