I'm very pleased to the care they have given to my baby. The staff were wonderful! Shout out to the 6th north staff and also to the staff in ER.
My 2 week old son was life flighted to Texas children's hospital on Saturday for severe RSV and they later found that he also had pneumonia. The staff was wonderful all the doctors and nurses were really nice and explained everything to me that my baby was going through. They were always right on top of his meds and checking on him while he was intibated. Even after that they took his breathing tube out they checked on him every hour on the hour. I drove 10.5 hours to Texas Childrens Hospital and had 3 scheduled appointments. Which they scheduled for me. My first was at 8:30, 2nd at 10:45. Well my first appointment was running late so I mentioned to them I had another appointment there at 10:45. They called to let them know and told me it was ok. They had notified them already. When I get to my 2nd appointment they tell me I was late and it was canceled! Really! I drove 10.5 hours just for these appointments. It was with Neurologist. I was so upset. The infusion center was amazing yesterday everyone was super nice and caring! They took excellent care of my son.

Consummate professionals...a well oiled machine that knows no bounds to making your experience with them an enjoyable one whatever reason you may find yourself here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief. And the kindness they have in their hearts is amazing. These people genuinely care about EVERY patient regardless of your situation. Thank you guys for helping us during this difficult time in our lives...you will always have a special place in our hearts.
We have always been treated great at TX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL inpatient n outpatient. My 10 yrs old granddaughter was born with a short leg n Dr Rosenfeld n Orthopedic, Dr Peterson n Plastic surgery n Physical Therapists all work great n to Dr Edwards who also helped us. We are there several times a week n never had any problems. Sometimes we do wait long in d ER but that's understandable. The parking is a problem but we worked around that. Overall everything is great n Thanks to everyone for all u do.
Seriously love this hospital!! My daughter had clavicle fractured and was in so much pain. Starting from the receptionist at the er to the doctor who assisted my daughter they were all so great and made her feel so comfortable!
Love this hospital! My sons drs and his team were so awesome and very attentive of my son!
