I love Texas Children they are so good with the children and the nurses are so nice

Amazing hospital!!!! I say that not just as an employee but as a parent, as well. My children have received wonderful care at Texas Children's. There is no other place like it.
I am very disappointed with Texas Children's Hospital. I have always wanted to work for them because of it's values. I have experience in the medical field. On all the positions that I applied for said application not considered. I feel they are not giving qualified applicants a fair change. Properly not looking at the application at all. This place is amazing!!! The drs, nurses, staff, even down to custodial in the hallways are amazing people. They are so friendly and willing to help you or show you the way. They don't just tell you, they actually stop what they are doing and show you the way.
I love our TCH doctors, but their bad billing department has ruined it for me. My family will look elsewhere for care.
I think it is the best. They are very caring and took great care of my 12 yr old. They took time to listen to all my concerns!!!!
Yesterday was just a routine visit and everything went great. When my daughter was seriously ill with heart issues I could not have asked for better care. Were there hiccups in the system along the way? Of course, but I have a healthy teen to show for it . Sometimes when you are under the stress of an ill or injured child, little things can seem monumental. Great hospital!
The GI Clinic fails to respond to refill authorization requests. It takes them 4 business days. If you leave a message, they rarely respond. You need to message the GI doctors to get assistance. The GI clinic management is poor. This has been my experience since October 2016. I have informed the doctors. The clinic managers need to practice CQI or find another job.
