The staff was awesome with my daughter! I am very pleased with my first visit to TCH I was expecting a long wait but they got us right in and we were seen very soon after! Thank y'all so much for everything y'all did for us yesterday. And Brian our nurse couldn't have been better he was awesome!

My son has had several outpatient and inpatient procedures done here for cleft lip and palate repair. He actually just had his sixth surgery yesterday. We've been coming here since he was a baby. He's now 6, and we have yet to have a bad experience. Thank you TCH for taking care of us!
Everything was fine as long as we were on 17th,15th, 18th floor. Now we are moved to nicu on 4th floor and told we can not go up to 17th to sleep, even tho our baby is still in nicu. Not allowed to sleep in her room either. We feel we were rushed around and moved because beds were needed upstairs, which is fine and understandable, however to block us from the ONLY place to get a nap and pretty much the ONLY place we can sit with our 4 yr old is kind of insulting and ridiculous.

I am a nurse and have always wanted to work at " Texas Children " my niece was transferred from an outside hospital and I the ER was very rude and she had to wait a long time for a room. When she finally did get a room the Dr's and Nurses all would say her lungs sounded clear!! Well I'm a PEDI CRITICAL CARE NURSE and by NO means was she clear!!!! Her stethoscope in her room was a disposable one and was not even turned correctly so when you listen you really couldn't here much. This is something any good nurse would know. The... read more
We have been here since Wednesday, the staff is awesome! From the surgeon, to my son nurse on the 10floor, (Merrie, Peaches , and Desiree and her evening nurse) my son had a nasty busted appendix. They have made sure my son and us was well taken care of. For now on , any one of my children getting sick I will definitely make the drive here.. Such an awesome service .
This place is amazing... I highly believe you take children here before anywhere else! The staff and doctors were beyond helpful and amazing.. not only to our baby boy but also myself in keeping my sanity!
The ER experience is horrible and worst than the county hospital Ben Taub!!! I've been here waiting with my daughter going on 8 hours AND COUNTING!!!!! I will tell her doctor when she has a concern NEVER SEND US HERE AGAIN!!!!!
