Very knowledgeable about bed bugs and has had a lot of experience with them. He was able to come out same day and answered all of my questions that ook a lot of the worry away. It has only been one treatment so far but I trust that is all I will be needing based on our experience last night. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I've contacted 4 or 5 pest control companies before I found Texas Bugs on homeadvisor.com. Calvin is really responsive. He could actually come to treat the condo on the very day I made the call. The price is most affordable among the companies I contacted. He actually offered to make 2nd treatment several days later with no charge. Great Service. Highly recommended.
I submitted a request at approx 7:20 pm on a Sunday night for a rodent expert. Within a minute I received a call from Calvin with Bugs R Us. He said he would be at our house within 30 to 40 minutes. Keep in mind it's a Sunday night! He arrived at our house, inspected our problem, quoted us a price, discussed options and immediately began treatment. When he was finished he did not rush out. He took time to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and very friendly. I highly recommended.

Green Rain is a outstanding pest control company. Responded quickly. During my initial telephone conversation Cavin, the owner, asked my square footage and from his experience gave me a great quote over the phone. Outstanding. He quickly followed up with an email to confirm to price. The other folks required a visit just to give a quote. Therefore he saved me time of taking off from work. Green Rain was responsive to my needs especially solving my terminite problem on a Saturday.
Calvin Thigpen, the owner, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions. They were half an hour late, but called ahead to let us know about it. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and would recommend Green Rain to our friends and family.
