Kalven was very friendly, easy to talk to and experienced in what he does. May I suggest that he wears shoe covers when entering customer's house because it would give the customer more of a professional appeal.

Calvin called back within minutes of contacting Bugs R US. Came right out at 9 in the evening. Diagnosed the situation very quickly and made his recommendation. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and knowledgable.
Love this company! Did a thorough inspection and provided great feedback on our trouble spots and how to maintain them in between our services. Calvin was here when he said he would be and provided our inspection reports via email the same afternoon! Really helped getting our Health Inspection processed with the fabulous paperwork they provide!
Calvin is great. There are several pest elimination companies in Houston that claim to provide 24 hour service, but Bugs R Us is the only company that really means it. Calvin came out late on a Friday night to help us, and has personally been by THREE TIMES since then to follow up with us at no additional charge. Now THAT is service.
